We have vacationed at Point South for many years and it's like coming home to a restful paradise. The managers, Karen and Homer, are the best and always make our stay enjoyable. We have stayed in different units and they are all very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The furniture on the balcony makes sitting and looking out at the ocean or watching the sunset a delight. The location is perfect for quiet beach time or easy access to shopping and restaurants. We love coming here and hope to be going back for many more years.

Recently finished our third year with an extended 8 week stay at Point South. Already have our reservation for next year. We have tried other places on Fort Meyer Beach in prior years. Once we discovered Point South, we don’t even look at other options. Homer and Karen are fantastic hosts and take care of any issues that do come up immediately. Great location on the island. Absolutely beautiful beach. Our condo unit (201) has all the amenities any refugee from the north could ask for. Have never heard a single complaint from other visitors. Highly recommend anyone considering Point South on Fort Meyers Beach.

Perfect location on the island. Right on the beach. Great pool. Condo was modern with all the amenities you will need for an enjoyable stay. Karen and Homer were great hosts. Very reasonable price compared to others in the same area.

This was my third year vacationing at this resort. This year we chose to try different condos. All four we have been in have been very clean and have everything we need. This is mid island and very close to Publix grocery store that we walk too. The beach is right outside. There is still construction but it looks like they are finally getting close to being done. We love using this resort. Management us very friendly!

Pointe South Condominium is the best place stay on Fort Myers Beach. Maintained to a extremely high standard, has everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Good location. Super clean and love that they offer fresh linens twice a week. Management staff was “on deck” at all times it seemed. They really were the best part of our stay. Cheery, helpful, etc. Found the app very useful. Especially loved the keyless entry - which seems like a small thing but we all agreed it made vacay life so much simpler (especially with kids). Didn’t think we would, however, we used the video and game library - nice feature. The laundry room was SUPER clean and all units in working condition. We enjoyed our stay with Pointe South!

We have been staying at this complex for a twelve night vacation in the winter for 17 years. The location is perfect, the condos are clean & have everything we need & the management, Homer & Karin, are the best you will ever find. Saltwater pool, free wi-fi, books, videos, and they even have beach towels!

My husband and I have been coming here for about 5 years and have stayed in different rooms each time. The place is beautiful and well maintained, and in a great location on the beach. The owners are both personable and friendly and do everything they can to make sure you are enjoying your visit. We have already booked next year and look forward to coming back!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. White soft sandy Fort Myers beach. Two bedroom 1 1/2 bath, tiled large shower. Side condo, so extra windows means extra sunshine. Exceptionally cared for property, saltwater pool,towels supplied, clean grill and outside patio with shuffleboard. Videos, games and novels to borrow. Laundry on site. But the top reason we stay here is the exceptional management and staff. Friends for life! This place attracts the kind of guests that you have fun going on vacation with.
